We also give that personal touch. We look after many generation of local families so we like to make your experience with our business personal as well as professional. We also like to ensure you enjoy the experience in our store and we like to have a little bit of fun as well.
Continuity of Care
The optometrist that examined you will be looking after your eye health for years to come. Continuity of care is a core value of our practice.
Your spectacles and contact lenses were dispensed by us, so if there is any difficulties we can resolve it on the spot.
We are independent
This means we have complete control over what brands we stock in our spectacle and sunglass displays. We aren't bound by supply agreements like some franchise stores can be. We can also source the latest in lens technology from specialist laboratories to deliver you the best vision outcome. We carry designer brands that suit all styles and budgets and our range is refreshed monthly.
We are community focussed
We live here. We work here. So just like you do, we value our community and we like to contribute through sponsorship of local charities, schools and sporting clubs. We have a commitment to buy local and support local. We can do this because we are completely independent.
Highly trained and skilled staff
We have qualified optical dispensers on staff. We are committed to continuing education, to ensure that our staff can advise on the latest in products and services to ensure you receive the best product recommendation.
We liaise with your GP, specialist or teacher to provide information on your eye health management as part of our comprehensive eye health care.
Our practice is able to deliver specialist services in the areas of behavioural optometry, orthokeratology, low vision and vision therapy. We are able to offer diagnostic retinal imaging, computerised visual field assessment and 3-D corneal togopraphy.
