Diagnostic Retinal Imaging

Diagnostic Retinal imagery enables us to photograph the back of your eyes to assess the retina, blood vessels and optic nerve. This helps in obtaining an overall health check, as well as monitoring your future vision - specifically the early detection of disease, including macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetes and hypertension.

How Diagnostic Retinal Imaging Works

This test is non-invasive and pain free. A digital image is easily taken of your eyes and uploaded onto a computer to interpret and record almost instantly.  The electronic copy is stored on your record allowing us to compare the findings at your next visit.
